Your team, fluent.
Most Shariah problems we find were not decisions. They were a product manager, a treasury analyst or a relationship manager making a reasonable call without knowing which question it turned on.
Training fixes that upstream. We teach against your own products, so the examples are the ones your team actually meets.
What you get.
Practitioner programmes
Structured sessions for product, treasury, legal, risk and front-line teams, pitched at the work they do.
Board and executive briefings
What a Shariah board is for, what it can and cannot do, and what the directors are actually signing.
Taught against your book
Worked examples drawn from your own structures, under NDA, rather than generic case studies.
How a programme is built.
Designed around what your teams decide, not around a syllabus.
Diagnose
Where decisions actually get made, and which of them turn on a Shariah question.
Design
A programme per audience — product, treasury, front line, board. Same principles, different depth.
Deliver
In person or remote, taught by the scholars who do the review work.
Reinforce
Reference materials your teams keep, and a route to ask when something new comes up.
Who it is for.
- Product and structuring teams. The people whose design choices decide the answer.
- Front line and distribution. What can be said about a product, and what cannot.
- Boards and risk committees. Enough to ask the right question of the Shariah board, and to read the answer.
Common questions.
Do you certify or accredit the training?
We issue attendance records and materials. Where an institution needs formal CPD accreditation, we work with its existing provider rather than claim it ourselves.
Can you train a mixed room?
Yes, for briefings. For practitioner sessions we split by function — the useful depth is different for a treasury analyst and a relationship manager.
