Financing is the easy half.
Most corporates come to us for a financing facility. The harder question is usually already sitting on the balance sheet: what the treasury does with cash overnight, and what the supplier terms actually are.
We work across the whole picture — financing, treasury, supply chain — so a company is not clean at the point of borrowing and exposed everywhere else.
What comes up for corporates.
- Treasury placement.Cash parked overnight is the most common exposure, and the easiest to fix once someone names it.
- Supplier financing.Early-payment discounts and reverse factoring can be structured soundly — or not at all.
- Existing facilities.A conventional facility already drawn needs a transition plan, not a verdict.
- Group structure.A compliant operating company inside a group financed conventionally raises a separate question worth answering deliberately.
We publish the standard.
